Cameras deter intruders and give you peace of mind. You can see at a glance whether everything is fine, even when you're on holiday. And if something does happen, you have usable footage.
Usable is the key word. A camera in the wrong place, one that only shows noise at night or keeps triggering on a swaying bush, is of little use. That's why we decide together with you which zones matter and choose the right camera and viewing angle for each spot.
Professional cameras, no subscription
For CCTV we like to work with UniFi Protect by Ubiquiti. The footage is stored locally on a recorder in your home or business. You pay no monthly cloud fees and your footage stays yours.

- We set detection zones and privacy masks so you don't film the public road or your neighbours.

- We install the app on your smartphone and give anyone who needs it access to the right cameras.
CCTV and the law
In Belgium, the use of security cameras is governed by the camera law (camerawet). Even as a private individual, you must declare cameras that film your driveway, front door or garden via aangiftecamera.be before you start using them. You put up the official camera sign (pictogram) at the entrance and keep a register. As a rule, you may keep footage for a maximum of one month.
You make the declaration yourself, as the person responsible. We position the cameras so they only film what is necessary and explain what you need to do.
Frequently asked questions
Can I view the footage when I'm not at home?
Yes. In the app you can watch live images and recordings wherever you are. You choose which events send you a notification.
Do I have to pay for a subscription?
Not with the systems we install. The footage is stored on a recorder on site, so you pay no monthly cloud fees.
How many days is footage kept?
That depends on the number of cameras, the resolution and the storage. We tailor it to your situation. By law, the retention period is in principle limited to one month.
Do the cameras work at night?
Yes. They switch automatically to infrared night vision. Some models still show colour in low light.
Can I film the street or my neighbours' property?
No. You may only film what is needed to protect your own property. We aim the cameras accordingly and set privacy masks where needed.
